First 22 Days – Bustling Bombay…our Himalayan high…Dizzying Delhi… Awesome Agra with its Majestic Taj Mahal and Red Fort Complex…Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary…Rathambore Reserve… in search of the ever elusive tigers…which remained just that…Jaipur Palaces…Pushkar Camel Fair…Commanding Kumbhalgarh Fort… Jain Temple Treat…Unbelievable Udaipur…and Very Sacred – Very Special – Varanasi…where we celebrated Dev Dewali on the Ganges.

  • By far the BEST OVERALL hotel experience we have ever had! And EVERY staff member took it upon themselves to ensure just that.

This note (with a framed picture of us holding our bouquet they had taken yesterday) was brought to our room just prior to checking out.

For those of you who know us, one of our personal travel mottos is, “It is physically and financially expensive to leave the country.” So when we do, we pack in as much as we can.
  • This brings me to another one of our travel mottos, “We are only doing this once!”
